Q : What is the pincode for my BluePearl headset?
A: The pincode is1234.

Q: How do I fit the BluePearl headset in my ear the best possible way ?

A :The BluePearl headset BLUEPEARL is delivered with 3 different soft tip back pieces. Please use the soft tip that fits your ear most conveniently.

Q: How do I know when my headset has reached full volume?
A: When pressing the volume up button a beep sound will occur indicating that the volume is being turned up. This will stop when the volume has been reached.

Q: Full volume is reached but the sound is still low.
A: This can be caused by residue build up ( ear wax ) in the speaker hole of the headset. This can be removed carefully with a pin or needle.

Q: How many Bluetooth devices can the BLUEPEARL be paired with?
A: The BLUEPEARL can be paired with up to 8 different Bluetooth devices which have the Headset and/or Handsfree -profile.

Q: Is it possible that my headset is echoing and if so ,why ?
A: This could be a possibility if the headset is not sitting correctly the ear canal. Please try to adjust the headset in the ear and do not use the full volume up while using the headset.

Q: The charging light is unstable while charging.
A: Please check if all cables are connected properly.

Q: Why cant I connect to my phone from the BLUEPEARL ?
A: If you have paired the BLUEPEARL with more than one device, it will try to connect to the last known device.

Q: Why cant I increase or decrease the volume when pressing the buttons?

A: When using the BLUEPEARL with certain devices , the intervals between pressing should be longer (approx 1 second).

Q: I sometimes experience a crackling sound from the unit .
A : We recommend that the BLUEPEARL should be used in line-of-sight. You can also try deleting the pairing , reset the phone and pair with the BLUEPEARL again. This should correct the problem.
